login problem

  i am facing problem when login wordpress from admin. I got a phone Verification after login. But when i provide my number i didnt recieve OTP, just see this error on the page :-

  The SMS could not be sent, due to the SMS-service rejecting to send the message.
  Technical reason:
  – Invalid Consumer Key
