My staff who has left created this website. I wanted to update my Hp number but was not able to. I am able to access the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) as stated in the wordpress.

i am not able to show Proof of Ownership, cause the staff who created this left. My email that is written on the site.

If you don’t own the account and don’t have verification of ownership, I’m afraid we won’t be able to give you access to the site, or make changes to it at your request.
Even if your business’s email appears on the site itself, we don’t consider that proof that you own the site, and can only give you access if you own the email address used for the WordPress.com account itself, which is not the same address in this case.
We have strict rules in place to prevent unauthorised access to our users’ sites and accounts, and cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
