login problem here, but not at my friends location…

  I am unable to login with the same details (and they are correct) details as my friend.
  But my friend is on a diffirent location and IS able to login with the exact same details, as where i failed. Both is Chrome and Explorer do not make a difference. Also the desktop here with me is no able to login.
  Did all the things like empty cookies cache, restart etc.ect.

  Huh?
  So….. it is linked to my location….is it a router, modem, hardware thing?
  Is it a Chrome setting?
  A firewall setting?
  A coockie thing?
