Login problem – new password not recognized

Hello,
I have been trying to log in to my first blog “kristlcuisine.wordpress.com” for several weeks and since I did not remember the password, I made a request to generate a new one.
The concern is that wordpress does not take into account the new password and shows me an error message indicating that the password is not recognized with this identifier. I started again several times but nothing done, changed also pc to try to connect but still nothing.
I created a new account to be able to ask for help, the francophone site could not help me, I come here hoping to find a solution. I had also seen on the recovery form but the worry is that I did not keep the requested supporting documents and find myself stuck. Is not there another way easier ???? For example that the wordpress site sends me a password that I would change afterwards as soon as I could modify as soon as I would be in the dashboard?
Please help me ! More if someone speaks French to help me because I do not know English. It would annoy me to leave my blog to go to another blog creation site easier to access to get help because there I find really complicated all these steps and begins to bore me.

@kristlcuisne do you receive the password reset emails? I can see we’ve sent some: will you click the link and try to reset your password once more?
Please note you will need to log out of your kristlcuisne account for those password reset links to work.

I click on the link to reset the password, I modify it but wordpress does not take into account the new password.
My blog is “kristlcuisine.wordpress.com” and not the account kristlcuisne, I removed an i to create a second account to be able to communicate with you.
I change the password several times but wordpress does not make the change and always puts me an error message. Can not the helper reset it to me and give me a temporary password so that I can access the dashboard of my blog?

I did again what you asked me this still does not work.
Since 1 month I have generated at least a thirty password, the link does not work! Since this does not take account of password changes.
I really need to access my blog “kristlcuisine.wordpress.com” because I have many items of kitchen recipes waiting to be published.
Is there not a possibility other than this link that apparently does not work for I can access my dashboard? The recovery form does not bother me I no longer retained the authentication proofs.

You want to access kristlcuisine.wordpress.com, correct?
That site belongs to the username you are using to post here, kristlcuisne. If you can post here in the forums using this username, you must also be able to access that site.

Surely you did not quite understand “kristlcuisine.wordpress.com” is my first blog.
I communicate with a second account “kristlcuisne”, if you notice the spelling it lacks an “i” after the “s”. That’s why I’m communicating with you.
It has been more than a month since I ask for help because the link that wordpress asks me to click to generate a new password does not work, it does not take the changes into account.
This begins to weigh me all these difficulties because I find it very complicated to get a solution, wordpress proposes to create blogs to French but that can not get help by a French assistance !!! I do not speak English and I feel frustrated to have to wait for a solution that I do not see coming.
If this persists I think I will abandon wordpress to create another blog on another platform that allows quick and direct assistance and especially less complicated to find a solution.

Ah, okay. I missed the difference in spelling.
Please log out of this kristlcuisne account completely, and clear your browser cache and cookies.
Then reset the password for the kristlcuisine account.
The reason the link is not working is because your browser still thinks you are logged into this account, so it won’t let you reset the password for the other account. Clearing your browser cookies will log you out completely, and then the password reset should work.

Please try this:
Download and install Chrome on your computer. If you already have Chrome, open it in an incognito window.
Log into the email address you use for the kristlcuisine account, but DON’T log into WordPress.com at all.
Go to this link and type in the email address to request a password reset link, still in the same incognito session in Chrome.

Still in Chrome, click the reset link.
I realise this is frustrating, but resetting the password is something only you can do. I cannot send you a new password, only a new reset link. You will still need to open it yourself to reset the password, and that’s where the problem is at the moment.
