Login problems

  I can login on some one of my computers but not on any others. On the ones I cannot it says that my email/username is not recognized at all. I have tried chrome and explorer to no avail as well as clearing cookies and using different internet providers. The website that I am attempting to access is http://www.pittsburghmusicmagazine.com

  Hi Alan – What’s the specific email/username that you’re entering (I don’t need your password)?

  Can you please also provide a bit more detail about which devices this login works for and which ones it doesn’t (for example, “I can log in on my personal laptop using Chrome and IE, but not on my PC at work using IE” etc.)?

  My username is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  the device that is working is a MSi netbook, the devices that will not work are my iPhone 4, HP ProBook 4430s, and iMac. All are running the latest software.

  Hi Alan – That email address isn’t the one that’s on file for your user account. In this case, it’s working on your netbook because the browser has cached the login. Please try logging in with your username instead of your email address, and/or the email address that’s listed for you here:
  https://en.wordpress.com/settings/account/

  Let me know if you need further help figuring out which username/email this is.
