hye there..i need an urgent help

First and foremost, my apologies that URL given is a copy of WordPress with different hosting. But, I couldnt retrieve actual URL wp address.

The situation that I encountered is the URL registered under my ex employee company email address which resigned recently. Due to company security policy, her email address is deleted and cant be reactivated.

Hence, am looking for urgent support on how I could get the access change to my company email address and retrieve all the contents which developed accordingly.

Extremely looking forward for the reply and thank you in advance.

  • Hi there,

If you don’t know the URL of the site you’re trying to access, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do.

If the site in question is hosted with us on WordPress.com, the only way we can give you access is if you verified ownership of the account via our account recovery process, but the first step in that process is indicating the URL you want to recover.

Please don’t reply to a thread just to say you’ve tagged it for staff. Your reply changes the age of the thread, causing it to go directly to the bottom of the modlook queue, which means at times when the forum is busy it will take longer for us to see it than if you just tagged it without replying.

If you have a meaningful reply to post, like asking the OP for more information that could help staff troubleshoot the issue, or a suggestion of something they can try while waiting for us to get to the thread, by all means do that. But otherwise it’s better to just tag without adding a reply.

    Hye there,

Thank you for the reply. Let me try to get the URL.

  • Thanks.

Once we know that we can confirm for you whether the site is hosted with us or somewhere else, and point you to the right place to regain access to it.
