Login problems

    We have a paid wordpresspage http://www.pljoesjkin.be and we lost the login for the site. The problem is that it also does not accept any of our mailadresses. So we can not let the site send us a new password. I suppose that the guy who set us up chose a mailadres of his own, but i don’t know which emailadress that is. Is there a way to prove that we are the owners of the site? Everything on the site is from our shop, we live there, it is about us, we sell these items. Please help!

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

    The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
