Login Problems

    Hello, I cannot access my site login http://www.thesimplemansays.com/wp-admin. The site does not display correctly and when I try to access that page to fix it I get messages that I cannot log in and:

    That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it, and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

    Given the errors you’re getting, I recommend checking with your host to see if your MySQL user information was changed at all, and updating wp-config.php to match. Good luck!
