Login problems

I’ve got two accounts with WordPress. One of them is the free site, and the other a paid site. I am not able to access the paid site. When I change the password and initiate, I am not linked to the account. Now I can’t get into the paid account at all, and there does not seem to be a support department at work today.

I do not see ferienhaus-nahe-chiemsee.wordpress.com as an existing site. Can you double check the spelling?

I’m afraid that is not a WordPress.com site. You will need to talk to your webhost and ask them to delete it. There is nothing we can do from our end.
