login problems

  Hello!

  When I try to access my website dashboard via http://maddalenaart.com/wp/wp-login.php it say I have a ‘incorrect username or password’. I tried to have my info sent to my email, but then it says ‘There is no user registered with that email address.’ I am at a loss… This is critical for me to have access to my site since a graduate school application review board will be looking at my site anytime this month. Can you please help me?

  Hello feralkane!

  It looks like you created this account under a different e-mail address than the one you’re using to recover the password. There is an Account Recovery option if you still have the Activation URL from your WordPress Welcome E-Mail.
