Login problems

I am having trouble logging into the admin area of my account. I am entering the right information but it is telling me there is no one registered to the name. Please help

mommyknowschaos.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by SiteGround, not by wordpress.COM.
That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for it as it is not on our servers.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. the login I have used these past 3 years is not functioning any longer: neither password nor my username is approved – in fact I was told that my user name is not known… funny enough – I could get in here without problems – the site seemed to remember user name and password without me entering them. what is going on…???

yes I know and apologize with all my heart…but: I didn’t know how else to get help as my login didn’t work anywhere else but here…
anyway: how do I get into contact with anyone when the login doesn’t work – I mean thats a vicious circle -
