Login problems

  I’m having a problem logging into my WordPress account for school. We were provided a link to sign up through as our teacher paid for the accounts but when I sign in using my school’s email, my website isn’t there. I think it might be under a different login that isn’t saved. I have the URL to the site, is there a way to figure out my user name so I can get in there to edit it?

  Thank you for your help. I’m unable to get into those forums as well because I can’t figure out the login. Is their a customer support email or number for the .org side?

  No. WordPress.org is just software. https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ is the only support available.

  I’m unable to get into those forums as well because I can’t figure out the login.

  You need to register a brand new account to post into those forums. This WordPress.com account (that you have created in error) has no connection.
