i need to login to wordpress because my plugins to my website are saying they wont work unless i log in, which is stupid because im already logged in and on the dashboard reading these error messages. i need phone support or live chat, not forums or emails going back and forth!

i dont understand. if you are not hosting my website then how am i able to use your wordpress dashboard? use your plugins and templates? how did i build my website using your interface and watching your youtube tutorial videos if my website isnt a wordpress website????
i bought the website through namecheap but used a started pack through wordpress to make my website. now im having issues using the wordpress plugins. the plugins give me an error message and say i need to log in at your official login page. however i dont use the official portal to log in, i use the easywordpress portal to log in to my website and your dashboard. how is easywordpress login portal and your official login portal nor correlated or connected??

There are a few different versions of WordPress. You are contacting the WordPress.com hosted forums, but your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site with Namecheap.
