Login redirects to lost password

    Thank you for reading this. After entering the correct username and password and clicking Log In, WordPress redirects me to lost password page. I’m unsure why this is happening, could I get some assistance in this issue?

    My username and password is correct because when I tried a different password, it feedbacks to me that my password is wrong.
