Login required for blog pages on Public site?

  I have just noticed that using a different device, when I go to open a blog page on my site it askes for a wordpress login. My site is free, and under Settings > Reader it is set to Public with no other options selected.
  The AI support said something about Jetpack >Settings but on Jetpack I cannot see any setting options.
  Any ideas why this is happening please?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I think the problem is Jetpack. I have a dashboard for it, and it is listed on the left hand side, but when I go to Plugins there is no option to view a table of plugins so I have no option to deactivate it, any ideas?
