How do I reset my password if I have misplaced the login credentials
-
Hi there,
If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Please carefully follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so make sure that you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder, as well, because the confirmation email can end up there.
Once you’ve reset your account password, you can see our suggestions for choosing a strong password here:

Cheers,

Darnell,
I am really struggling. I tried that link and it does not recognize any possible email accounts we might have linked our site. Not sure if this is a public site that we are on. I might have told you I am way over my head with this responsibility of updating our club website. I am not a programmer just a club member that voluntold to keep it current (LOL) What I know is that some time ago I made an update to our site. It was actually fun once I’m in to make edits and learn how it all works. Our website isTo make an edit to the site I entered in the web address and add /admin.
When I do that it asks for a username and password. I enter in what I last recorded and it does not recognize it. When I went to the link you provided me it says that the email I provided do not exist and then it asked me to see if we have an account and it does not recognize the wolfcreeksa.org. Not sure what to do
I do have what I know worked in the past for a username and password as evidence that this is our site. Can you or anyone in your team please help me get this figured out?my mobile is [redacted by staff] It would be great if we can talk verses email.
Please advise
Thank you
