Login screen blank

  Mac OS 10.9.5, Firefox 74. Trying to access melmannphoto.Wordpress.com. Click on Login and get blank screen. Same on laptop with more recent OS and browser. Same on Safari. Started today with no warning. My system hasn’t changed – why has yours?
  BTW, cleared cache, history, memory, etc. for browsers. No change. Only reached this site by login on phone, which is not how I want to access. No helpful responses in Support for similar problem elsewhere. How do I access my site!? Appreciate any help that solves this issue.

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  We have seen reports of this recently, and the issue has been the use of Adblockers on the browser.

  As a first step, are you able to tell us if there’s any browser extensions in use please?

  I turned off Adblock and Ghostery – still a blank login screen. Must be a WP problem.

  Good morning, @melmannphoto –

  It looks like the current version of Firefox browser is in the 100s. Are you able to update beyond v74? I think that this is likely the problem. You’ll find that other services will also start to be wonky because it’s not possible to continue supporting all legacy versions of every browser as products and softwares evolve.

  You said the issue also happens in Safari on your computer. Which version of Safari are you using there?
