  Hello.

  I was wondering if anyone knows if I can add a section that people have to enter a user name and password to access. I do not want to charge people to do this – it is so they can access resources.

  At present there are no chatboxes or forums I am aware of that can be embedded into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins.

  One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
