I see you have access to your @marcopolofclub account on WordPress.com (you would not be able to post to our forums otherwise) so you should be able to update your profile here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/
As well, since you are able to log in to your account and post on our forums you should also have full access to your site marcopoloelite.wordpress.com. Is this an issue with a different site instead? If so what is the URL so we can take a closer look?

I don’t have full access as the website required vatification code each time I try to access mu profile information.moreover, I can’t login from my laptop as I have only access from Mobile!

I contacted the email connected to the account you are trying to regain access to. I provided instructions on how to regain access to the account. If you can check your inbox and confirm you received that email, you should be able to get back into your account.
