  I am trying to login to my WordPress account through my Webnames hosting page but it is saying I do not have an account associated with my email. I absolutely do. I tried changing the password but no results. What the heck is going on?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by https://www.webnames.ca/ meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org

  To solve your problem you must take a look in the documentation or ask for advice in the forums of wordpress.org

  I do have a site running on the WordPress platform that I am trying to migrate to my existing domain. What documentation should I be looking at?
