LOGIN tab in my Gravatar Profile

I use to have a LOGIN tab in my Profile – for some reason through an error most like on my part I lost that LOGIN – now my site is fully open with no place for LOGIN or Password. I have to login to wordpress first – what did I do wrong

Thank you. My question dealt mainly with login – in to my site. How do people log -in to my site unless they have a comment – I use to have a LOG-IN window/tab/feature not sure if it was part of Gravatar or part of WordPress widgets. It was right under my GR profile on my Site, so when I or others want to go on it they can login or sign in.

Could you link us to the page that used to have a login like that? We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.

I had a different site but same theme called dinepixtravel.wordpress.com that’s where it was ( my first shot on websites) but I changed the name to spicesnsalt.wordpress.com that’s when it changed. There use to be a META ( not sure what that was for) under it too. If you checkout my site spicesnsalt you see where my Profile on the right widget bar – that what I mean.
Sorry to get everyone trying for me i thought it was a simple widget problem for Log-in.

Ah okay, I remember the meta widget. That was phased out quite a while ago. If you want to add a login link for WordPress.com though, you could do that. Just add a text widget, and add a link to
https://wordpress.com/log-in— let us know if you need more help! -

I went in on it and Logged as a different person and it brought me to WordPress.com to start and create a site/blog.
I guess persons looking at my stuff they can see everything but don’t actually have to sign in unless they want to be members on WordPress.
