Login to dashboard keeps bringing error message

I am trying to log in to my dashboard on another site. Tips? I keep getting an error message
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is that site yours? Are you actually an administrator, editor, author or contributor of that site? Otherwise you won’t be able to log in to their dashboard, because that isn’t your site, and you can control it. There’s nothing to log into on someone else’s site.

It is my site. I’m trying to log onto it from an iPad. There is no link on the site to log onto or Log out for that matter. My Mac book has a book mark so I don’t have to log in each time.

You can log into your site at any time by going to this URL: tocdesignart.wordpress.com/wp-admin
Or whatever the blog URL is, just add /wp-admin

And that is not a WordPress.com site, so your WordPress.com login information will not work there and we cannot help with that. You need to be at WordPress.ORG for support with that WordPress.org site.
