login to email address associated with domain name

I’ve just taken over as the admin of a small nonprofit with a wordpress site and the ED who created our site says she created an info@[domainname].org email address when she created the site. Since then, I have also opened up a G-Suite account with personalized email addresses for all our team members @[domainname].org. My question is, how do I login to this info@ email address? Google doesn’t recognize the email address and I can’t find a place through wordpress to login. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi @julienessen, good question. I don’t see any G Suite domains associated with this account, or even any sites, so would you be willing to tell us the domain so we can point you in the right direction?
Please note these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com. For help with a site hosted somewhere else, you’ll need to use the forums for self-managed WordPress installations instead.
