login to my dashboard

  I cant login to my Dashboard http://www.ferdinandsays.com/wp-login.php
  if i go through ‘forgot my password’ it says that the user (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not registered

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you don’t know the email you used to sign up for the account you can try the account recovery tool here – https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  I have tagged this thread with modlook so staff will respond. Please let us know if you are able to login to your account.

  Hi pcarmit,

  ferdinandsays.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. We have some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites hosted on our servers. ferdinandsays.com appears to be hosted with GoDaddy so you’ll need to contact them for help if you are unable to login — they should be able to guide you through the next steps.

  ferdinandsays.com is a separate site from your WordPress.com so just double check you are trying to login with the email address used for the account on that site.
