login to my website

I purchased a website with bluehost, and they link it to the wordpress acct. So when I login to the website, I’m using a wordpress username/password, and I’ve forgotten the password to it. I’ve tried changing it, and tried having a new one sent, and I’m not getting the confirmation link at all. What can I do?

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Are you sure? Cause I tried going to the .ORG part, and they have no account with my email, and the domain is a wordpress.COM, and on the admin side of wordpress.com, it’s got thecrochetcheshire, and the other two blogs I have, I just can’t use my wordpress.COM’s info to login to the actual website, and it won’t send me the confirmation link to my email. It says it’s sent, but I don’t have it. .ORG won’t even give me the option to send an email. I went through blue host, yes, but it installed wordpress.COM
