  I can not Login to my WordPress admin account to edit and making needed changes to the website.

  Urgent help required. I have tried resetting the password however it states ‘The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send email’

  LCN abuse team have been in contact and disabled my contact form due to not having a google patcher downloaded. I am trying to do this however can not log onto my account.

  Hi there,

  In this case you’ll need to contact your hosting provider directly for help. They control the servers that send emails from your site, and also control access to your site’s database, which is your other option for resetting the password. Y

  Your site was built using the open source WordPress software, made by the community on WordPress.org. That’s not the same thing as WordPress.com, the hosting provider, where you’re posting now. As your site is not hosted on our servers, we don’t have any control over your login there.
