Login Trouble

I am having issues in logging in to one of my wordpress.com accounts. I was able to reset my password successfully but when entering the verification code for the two step authentication, I am unable to do so because my Google authenticator account completely wiped out my codes for my all of my wordpress accounts, my backup codes are missing, and I am unable to receive a recovery phone to my phone for one of them.
I am definitely worried about being locked out of my own account. Is there a workaround to this issue? Is there a way an admin can go into my account to disable the two step authentication for me to get back in? I have been having this issue for the past week and have been unsuccessful in finding a solution to my issue. I appreciate any help offered for this!

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

I don’t think you understand me. The problem is that without my verification codes and without my backup codes, I am essentially locked out of my account. I cannot get into my own account without these codes and without my google authenticator codes which was essentially wiped out when I bought a new phone.
I have tried every thing listed, even the account recovery form with no success and I am looking for an alternative way to regain access to my own account which is under a different email address. I am locked out of my own account and even the account recovery form did not help.

None of these links will work for me due to the two step authentication feature I placed on my account that is locked out. Even with the account recovery form, without knowledge of my blog url or activation key, I cannot use this form.
I just want help to get back into my account. I do not want anyone to have access to my account but me but I keep getting the runaround it seems like and there is really no way to contact an administrator. I am growing frustrated and helpless about this.
