Login trouble

  As soon as I put in my username, it immediately says “we just emailed you a link”. WHY can’t I just put in my password and work?!

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  This is perhaps a security precaution taken by WordPress.com. If you are using VPN or proxies, for example, your Ip address may keep changing and trigger suspicious activity on the server of some sites that require authentication.

  Have you tried clicking the email link sent to you to see if this still persists after that?
