login typo
-
I had created a login at WordPress for the purpose of signing into Woocommerce (successful, long ago).
Apparently there is a typo in the email for the wordpress login, so the login was not never activated, but worked at the time for Woocommerce. To log into Woocommerce now I need to go through WordPress, which says ‘account not activated’. Can’t activate the account as the email is wrong. Recovery options wont work either (no site, id#, etc).
How can the email be corrected or activated so I can log into WordPress/Woocommerce? -
@recoverfr if the email address was typoed all along, and if this is only for WooCommerce purposes, I’d recommend contacting WooCommerce through the sales form to explain the situation there:
Please do let them know too what site / account you’re needing help with as well so they have that information to work with.
Or if you’d like us to resolve this, can you let us know what email address you had entered, and what the username is? You can go ahead and type the address here; it’ll be hidden from all but staff.

The account/email in question is (email visible only to moderators and staff) if that could be set as confirmed I think I could log in and change it.

We can’t confirm an email address as we don’t know what site you’re working with.
But, if you suspect that is the email address, you ought to be able to test by sending a password reset to it:
