Login will not work

  Hello-

  I am helping my dad with a wordpress blog of his. For some reason when I changed his domain name it completely locked me out of his account. Something must have gone wrong when I changed the domain name.
  I have tried logging in to fix this using his correct login and password, I’ve tried resetting the password, and nothing is accepted. It wouldn’t let me ask for support unless I could log in, so I had to create an entirely new login in order to post this question. How can I log back in to his account and fix the domain issue?   Hi there,

  That domain is not hosted on our servers so we have no access to it. You most likely had a self-hosted WordPress.org site at that domain. If you change the domain on a self-hosted site via settings, you only break the site. There’s a very specific process you need to follow to change the domain:

  https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

  To fix this you’ll need to contact the hosting provider of the site, as only they can give you access to the hosting control panel and the site’s database. It looks like that site is hosted by hostmatters.com
