    In my attempts to reset my password, because the email and password I have used since inception of the firm’s account not longer worked, somehow my email has now become associated with establishing a new website vs allowing me to access the firm’s website.

    Additionally all attempts to reset my password and regain my administrative rights have failed. I’ve been asked by the owner of of the firm to make some updates to the team area, but am unable to due to an inability to access the admin area of the website.
