loging help to upgrade storage HELP

    Hello,
    I cannot update my storage on google workspace because I purchased my plan through WordPress as a reseller.
    I have emailed and tried to submit a request for my login information because I am unable to log into the correct account which contains the product/purchases information on the left-hand column to be able to upgrade the storage.

    This Google workspace contains everything that I used to manage five teams and we cannot get anything done without it.
    please help.

    I did try to call WordPress support number but it doesn’t exist.
    Chat does not work either.
    I’m also trying account recovery see image attached and it will not accept my transaction ID from PayPal attached.

    is the site i need to purchase more google workspace storage for.

    These are all of my WordPress logins below and none of them allow me to go to my dashboard to be able to click on “products’ then website to be able to increase my Google workspace storage. Please help.

    what i see instead is this-

    the user name in red highlight im trying to login to but its telling me its closed.
    theapartmentqueen.com is what i need to login to to buy more purchases for websites.

    The reason why I ask is because, I can’t see this site connected to this account, so to help further I’ve reached out via email to the account owner, to help with with a resolve.
