Hi penwithaview,
The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created a site on WordPress.com yet. What is the address of the dashboard you are trying to access?
If you are using self hosted WordPress.org software, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice.
I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.

Hi penwithaview,
Are you able to access the site by following @garysixtyeight’s recommendation to log out of penwithaview and log back in with the username actwebsites?
You could also try clearing your browser cache and WordPress.com cookies before logging in again, just to make sure you are properly logged out of the other account.
