Login/Register Requirement for Ratings and Comments

  Hey, I am new to wordpress. I need help as to how i can remove the requirement of logging in to wordpress for ratings. I have removed the login requirements for comments though i also want to remove the fields that appear (name, email-id) below the post comment section even if they arenot mandatory to be filled. Would appreciate if anyone could help. thanks
