  Hi Muaath,

  This logo is your blog’s avatar (or “blavatar.”)

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/

  You can remove or change it in Settings > General of your blog’s dashboard.

  That logo appears not only in your “My Sites” page as in your screenshot, but also as your site’s Favicon in reader’s browsers, and as its icon for the admin bar when viewed by WordPress.com users like these:
