  I have tried uploading a logo as both a .jpg and a .gif , and it shows the logo for a few minutes, then it disappears. In the size menu on the left it still shows my logo as being uploaded but it doesn’t show it on the page no matter how many times I uptdate or save the draft.

  Hi there,

  It’s because you’re saving the changes as a draft. You need to publish them to make them live on your site.

  Click the gear icon next to the Save Draft button, select Publish, and then click the blue button that will now read “Publish”
