Hello hello!
The support documentation below contains information on adding (and changing) logos:
https://wordpress.com/support/site-logo/#add-your-logo-in-the-site-editorIn short, from your Dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize. From there, options differ from theme to theme, so you may have to look around a bit. Some possible categories of interest are “Site Identity” or perhaps “Header”.
Conversely, from Appearance > Customize, you might simply be able to click on the logo itself on the page!
If you’re referring to the site icon that displays in the browser tab (also known as “favicon”), the same advice roughly applies.
To clarify, are you referring to https://www.kingarthurhotel.co.uk/? Because if so, it seems https://www.kingarthurhotel.co.uk/ is registered with UK2.net and hosted with an entity separate from WordPress.com.
Thus, you generally might have more success seeking support through either:
A) Your web host provider’s support team (depending on the level of support that comes with your plan)
B) At the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums.Basically, the WordPress.com forums are meant for providing support to websites hosted within WordPress.com.
Similarly, the WordPress.org forums are for supporting websites using the open-source WordPress software, which https://www.kingarthurhotel.co.uk/ appears to fall under.
In any case, I hope this points you in a useful direction!
