Logo has disappeared

Hi,
My logo has randomly disappeared from my website. I have tried to re-upload it, but when I click ‘publish’ it vanishes on the site again. I cant figure out why.
I have cleared caches and deactivated any new plugins that may of affected my sites appearance but no luck.
How can I get my logo showing again?

Hi there,
Have you checked that your Customiser (under Design) has been saved since adding the logo? I had this problem a few months ago and discovered that the reason why it wasn’t showing up on the site was because I hadn’t saved the Customiser, even though I thought I had done.

What’s the address of the site you need help with? If you are able to install or deactivate new plugins on your website it means one of two things:
1. You are working on a WPcom website that has either the Business or eCommerce plan (the only plans that allow users to install external plugins) and if this is the case, you would have been able to contact direct support via LiveChat or email in the contact form. Since your query was routed to the community forums where we support free WPcom websites, that might not be the case.

You are working on a site that uses the open source WP software and in this case, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where you’ll find documentation and users who are familiar with your software. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform.
