logo issue

  There is no option to add/update logo under Site Identity menu. I tried to run Health check and Troubleshooting plugin. While the plain was active I was able to update to logo but as I deactivated it the changes did not register on the actual website. Not sure what the problem is.

  This makes me wonder if you are running your own WordPress installation rather than using our managed hosting environment here at WordPress.com.

  You would need a business plan through us in order to use that plugin, which doesn’t exist on this account.

  Help with running your own WordPress installation comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or you may consult the theme instructions and/or team.

  I will add an org tag to this thread shuklakartik, as they don’t seem to be using our service.
