logo not showing

  when i add my logo in pdf format it shows in the box to the left but dosent appear on the page. and if i go off and back onto the page it hasn’t saved and says there is no selected logo. any help would be great!

  Hi there,

  PDF is a document format, it can’t be used as for a logo.

  Please try using one of the image formats below instead:

  .jpg
  .jpeg
  .png
  .gif

  ah okay, do you know a way to convert it without the background filling in white? every rime I’ve tried i loose my transparent background

  What program are you using to convert and what file type are you attempting to export it as? For transparent backgrounds go for a PNG.

  If it has a transparent background, it needs to be saved as a .png

  I’ve tried opening it as a pdf on my mac and going to file>export> and selecting .png . then when i put it as my logo on my website it comes with a white background …any other suggestions to convert it would be great

  Hey again,

  Does the .pdf of your logo currently have a transparent background or are you looking to remove the background and then export?

  If it does already have a transparent background when you export it as a .png are you able to open with a viewing tool on your desktop before uploading it to your media and confirm that the background is still transparent?

  have managed to figure it out, have converted it to png with transparent background and now is showing fine on my site.
