Logo on each page
-
I can’t find a template that lets me put a logo on each page. I can sort of fake it in some templates, but this seems like something people need to do regularly. Am I missing something?

Use an image widget to put your logo into your sidebar:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/Or use a text widget with a link to your logo in your sidebar:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
You could even link the image to another site with an image in a text widget:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/text-widget-links/or use a theme with a customizable header image so your logo would be prominent.

Thanks. I guess I missed that widget. I was hoping to put a logo in the banner area, as is typical on Web sites (without getting into custom designs or downloading WordPress). But I can probably make this work.

You are welcome. The sidebar is the best you can do with the Contempt theme unless you buy the CSS upgrade.
