LOGO Option Not Displayed in Site Identity Setting

  Hello, my option to upload a logo is no longer being displayed in my site identity settings. The checkbox to choose whether I display my site name and subtitle has also disappeared. Please let me know what I can do to recover these options. Thank you!

  Hi Sara, the Customize options may vary a bit between themes. Can you send a link to your site?

  Hi Frank,

  I can see on your site software4labs.wordpress.com that you inserted a logo via the Customizer.

  Are you still having trouble with it?

  Ref: WordPress 2011 theme

  I am missing the option to add a logo in the “Customise” option in Appearance.

  I have just migrated to SiteGround to host my site.

  Any help very much appreciated

  If you have moved your site elsewhere, then you need to post in the WordPress.org support forums:

  Hi,

  I went to the theme section and 2011 because I thought the designers would want to be aware that there may be issues on WordPress recomended hosting platforms such as SiteGround.

  I also naturally thought the WordPress theme designers would support their theme on whatever hosted platform – WordPress or anyone else???

  This doesnt seem to be the the case and I would you confirm my understanding is correct and I will let the web designer community know.

  The TwentyEleven theme does not have the ability to upload a logo in the header – only a site icon.

  I also naturally thought the WordPress theme designers would support their theme on whatever hosted platform – WordPress or anyone else???
  

  We support themes that are available on WordPress.com, but versions of themes which are also available via open source are supported via the forums.

  This because WordPress.com, and WordPress.org are considered separate entities: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
