  Is it possible to move the logo to a desired location? I am unable to do so yet.

  Hi! Was this in relation to the free site http://4seecom.wordpress.com/ on your WordPress.com account?

  If so, I see that this site uses the Lodestar theme:
  https://wordpress.com/theme/lodestar/

  Lodestar doesn’t have the option to move the logo to a different location; but perhaps a theme which is compatible with the Site Editor could be useful for you instead.
