Logo preset on WordPress template on ‘Home’page

    Hi -I’m in the process of setting up a website using a WordPress template, and have designed my own business logo to be added to the ‘Home’ page, which I have saved as a Word document in my files. The problem is, I don’t think the pre-set on the template is compatible to how I’ve saved this design, and not being particularly IT proficient, I don’t how how else to save this logo onto my files so that I can actually use it? Any ideas please? Many Thanks

    Hello,

    I’m afraid that the Word documents are not a valid image file format. Does Word offer any option for exporting a file in another format? If available, there typically would be a “export” option, perhaps under the “file” menu.

    You could also try taking a screenshot of the logo and then uploading the screenshot file. Here are screenshot instructions if you are not familiar:
