Logo size cannot be adjusted on mobile device

  Hello, I am using One Page theme on my website: http://coeproperty.com/
  For some reason, I am unable to adjust the logo size on mobile device. The logo is too small on mobile device.
  I added code in Additional CSS, which is supposed to help with the logo size on mobile device but they don’t help enlarge the size at all.

  Help needed and appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.
