Logo Text Color, on ENTERPRISE

  I have gone to the ( Color Choice ) in the header option, and changed the color to the TEXT, in the header many times on the “Enterprise” theme, but it keeps going back to either a Darker Color, or …is black…I did recently change the color of the text, on another Template, which offered ( Theme Options ) where this one doesn’t . Although, it does offer a color change in the “Header” section. Please advise: Thank You
