  I had to create an account to get support as I could not log on with my own account. The added security has become a curse.

  I have moved country and my canada phone number has no roaming.

  So when i go to log on they ask me for sms code and i cannot get it. I have my e-mail, password and a Receipt #12908750‏. I need to change my account to my irish phone number. 0873901073

  Is there is no proper customer contact for word press.com?

  I cannot do this as there is no roaming on the phone that i had in Canada and do not wish to keep that number
