Logon Change phone number

    I had to create an account to get support as I could not log on with my own account. The added security has become a curse.

    I have moved country and my canada phone number has no roaming.

    So when i go to log on they ask me for sms code and i cannot get it. I have my e-mail, password and a Receipt #[Redacted]. I need to change my account to my irish phone number. [Redacted]

    Is there is no proper customer contact for word press.com?

    Hi there,

    You can use the backup codes you printed out when you set up two step authentication to log in to that account. I’m also sending an email to the email address linked to that account with more details. You’re welcome to reply to that email for additional help.
