Logon difficulties

    There appears to be no phone number or live chat option to get an answer to a serious problem I have.

    I appear to be locked out of the dashboard for ourfcm.org. The problem is that I changed the password to be more secure, wrote it down with some other passwords, and none of the work. I use 2 email addresses (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have tried all these passwords with these email addresses and have had no luck. When I try to click on “forgot your password” I never receive and email with a new one. What do I do?

    To get assistance here at WordPress.com you need to actually have a site hosted here. Your site is hosted by DreamHost. If they can’t help and if your site is using the WordPress.org software you can register a account at the correct support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
