Logs into wrong admin panel

  I created https://sffden.wordpress.com a while ago and have been using this successfully as a blog.

  I recently created https://advancedinstructorcourses.wordpress.com/ and added some content. However if I now try to access https://advancedinstructorcourses.wordpress.com/wp-admin and login it immediately takes me to https://sffden.wordpress.com/wp-admin and I have no options to switch to the new site to manage it.

  I need to add some more content and make some more changes but I just don’t know why I can’t access the site admin panel.

  If when logged in as SilentRoamer I try to navigate to the https://advancedinstructorcourses.wordpress.com/wp-admin site I get an error message that I don’t have privileges for the admin panel.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  If when logged in as SilentRoamer I try to navigate to the https://advancedinstructorcourses.wordpress.com/wp-admin site I get an error message that I don’t have privileges for the admin panel.

  These results indicate some important things:
  1. SilentRoamer is not the owner of the site https://advancedinstructorcourses.wordpress.com/, which is therefore owned by another user with a different username and a different account.

  2. SilentRoamer may have a user role on the site https://advancedinstructorcourses.wordpress.com/, but if so the role is limited. See the User Roles support page. It’s also possible that your attempts to log in to the site include using the wrong username or email address, and so instead become logins to the SilentRoamer account.

  3. The site https://sffden.wordpress.com/ is evidently set as the primary website for the SilentRoamer account.

  By the way, the author/username associated with the site https://advancedinstructorcourses.wordpress.com is “richardpatterson85,” with the display name “Richard Patterson.”
